Interim Workforce Analyst

I’m pleased to be supporting a long standing NHS client of Venn Group’s to source an Interim Workforce Analyst. The role will be for an initial period of three months, with a view to extend and a good possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate after that.
As the organisation goes through a period of change, it is important that they secure the services of an experienced Workforce Analyst, to deliver many of the following duties:

Reporting on Business as Usual metrics, including:

Sickness Absence
-
Equality & Diversity
-
Recruitment
-
-
COVID-19 reporting
-
Working with HR Business Partners, internal and external stakeholders to deliver advice around business change
