1. Job Title: IT Project Admin
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in the North West to recruit x2 IT Project Admins on an initial 3 Months contracted job.
2. Job Specification:

Contact and engage with end user departments, system owners and departmental leads to inform them about the projects and explain what information they need to capture and the reasons why

Conducting ‘on site’ departmental equipment surveys to identify locations and configuration of equipment.

Work with end users to capture all necessary information to allow the project to be sufficiently scoped and quantified.

Answer any questions and/or refer questions back to other team members as appropriate.

Work closely with the IT teams responsible for delivering the project to provide a link between the end user and the deployment and scheduling process.

Conduct an appointment booking and scheduling process (which will be defined for each project) to ensure that deployment to or migration of all devices/users has taken place.

Assist with preparation and distribution of user communications as required

Monitor and refer support requests and issues arising during the deployment process
