IT Project Manager
Based in Kent, hybrid – 2 days on site
Length: 12 month FTC
Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are working with a Kent based Housing Association to recruit and an IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation through execution and closure
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established business requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Embed and oversee a robust change control process, ensuring strict adherence to the organization’s new Project Framework
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support user testing, training, and the adoption of new systems and processes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within project teams
Experience and knowledge required:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects across multiple departments or business units
- Prince 2/Agile Foundation Level
- Knowledge and experience of implementing Integrated Housing Management Systems and Asset Management Systems, ideally Civica Cx
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to implement change control processes and drive compliance with project frameworks
