We’re working with an NHS Trust to deliver a large-scale IT hardware refresh project and are looking for experienced IT Refresh Technicians to join the team.

Job Description:

Replacing and upgrading end-user devices, including DUMB terminals, desktops and laptops.
Ensuring all hardware is correctly configured, tested and ready for clinical and administrative use.
Supporting users during the transition and troubleshooting any hardware-related issues.
Maintaining accurate records of asset moves, installations and returns.
Working across multiple NHS and GP sites as part of a wider IT refresh programme.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in IT deployment/refresh projects (NHS experience desirable but not essential).
Good understanding of basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service skills when dealing with clinical and admin staff.
Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle, travel between NHS sites required.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
