An exciting position has arisen for a HR Administrator to work for a national regulatroy body in Canary Wharf. The role will involve being responsible for supporting the provision of a professional Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) service to the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the Senior L&OD Advisor and the L&OD Manager to coordinate the delivery of training programmes / workshops and projects
• Provide support in the learning cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation
• Ensure training tracker, L&D reports and systems are up to date and accurate
• Produce performance monitoring reports relating to induction, attendance, course delivery, training evaluation and mandatory training
• Account manage and coordinate the delivery and evaluation of the quarterly corporate inductions
• To work closely with HR and Internal Communications to make sure L&OD messages are delivered in a timely and consistent manner.
• Regularly produce completion status reports on Performance Development Reviews (PDR) and Probation Reviews
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and training providers to make sure they provide quality of service to the organisation
Successful candidate profile:
- Proven experience in a Coordinator role or Assistant role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel with strong IT and numeracy skills
- Strong working knowledge of maintaining spreadsheet and databases, running reports from them and troubleshooting problems
- Apply the relevant management systems, procedures, policies and training related to risk management, health and safety, information security, data protection and business continuity
- Excellent communication and written skills
