Legal Secretary – Temporary to Permanent
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Legal Secretary to join a well-established firm based in the Midlands on a full time basis, in their commercial property department.
The successful candidate must have an enthusiastic and motivated mind-set to provide secretarial support to the team and deliver first class service.
Your role will be to manage administrative duties within a busy and dynamic office; supporting the team by drafting and proofreading legal documents. You will also be responsible for scheduling hearings and meetings, diary management as well as general administration tasks.
Essential skills:
- Prior knowledge and experience of working in a law firm, ideally in a commercial department would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, as well as fast and accurate audio typing skills
- Knowledge of using case management systems is an advantage
