Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer

Venn Group are working on a Locum Adult Social Care position on behalf of a local authority in the North West. Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential, and the successful candidate must hold a current Practising Certificate.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3-month rolling contract

Working Arrangement: Full-time, can be fully remote

Rate: £60 per hour, umbrella

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of Adult Social Care files
• Dealing with Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Mental Health matters
• Handling Ordinary Residence issues
• Providing general advice
