Locum Commercial Property Paralegal – East Midlands – initial 3 months – £15 to £18 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are thrilled to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Paralegal to join a Local Authority in East Midlands.
This is a full-time position however candidates with part-time availability may also be considered. The role is offered for an initial period of 3 months subject to potential extension thereafter and it is expected that a degree of office presence will be required for this role.
This is opportunity will be suitable for a Paralegal who possessesprior experiencewithin Commercial Property.
The ideal candidate will have professional experience gained within Local Government.
Daily duties will include:

Providing support to Lawyers on a number of cases

Conducting legal research on behalf of Solicitors within the team

Drafting various legal documents and correspondence

Researching and preparing applications

Providing license and general property advice

Ensuring a high level of legal service is upheld when dealing with clients

Complying with practise management requirements such as billing and time recording
An hourly rate of up to £18 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependent on experience- there may be a degree of flexibility for the right candidate.
