Locum Legal Administrator – Nottinghamshire – 3 months initially– Up to £15 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are thrilled to be recruiting for a Locum Legal Administrator to join an organisation in the East Midlands. Due to the initial administrative nature of the role, daily office presence will be required for this role. This role will require travel between affiliated Authorities in the area, so a driving licence is preferable. The position is for an initial period of three months with the scope to possibly being ongoing thereafter. The client is ideally seeking a candidate on a full time basis, however candidates on a part time basis will also be considered.
The Client is seeking a motivated candidate with a law degree who is a quick learner and can work with little supervision. The ideal candidate would have administration experience in a legal setting, however any strong administrative experience would be advantageous for the role.

Duties may include:

Work across Legal teams with any administrative tasks such as dealing with post and filing court documents

Open and close cases on the IKEN 5 case management system

Liaise with the relevant business areas in respect of administrative tasks

Drafting instructions to Counsel with support of Solicitors

Drafting documents for Court
An attractive hourly rate of up to £15 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience.
