Locum Planning and Housing Litigation Lawyer – South East Council – 3 Month Remote Assignment – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a Council in the South East, seeking an experienced Locum Planning and Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their team for a remote 3-month assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general Planning enquiries
- Drafting and negotiating s106 agreements
- Managing an inbox of Housing Litigation matters
This role offers a competitive rate of up to £55 per hour (Umbrella) and provides an excellent opportunity to work flexibly from home.
