Locum Residential Property Lawyer – Flexible Working – Full Time – Initial 3 months - On going contract – South London
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a successful, busy South London Local Authority in North London, who are recruiting for a Locum Residential Property Lawyer to join their department.
This is a full-time assignment (35 hours), and will be offered for an ongoing contract, with the initial period 3 months and then extended every 3 months thereafter.
This role is to be worked mostly remotely but required office presence for 2 days per week after July.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to become part of a successful Local Authority.
The ideal candidate will have prior residential experience working within Local Government; however, this is not essential, and CVs from candidates with established private practise solicitor experience will also be accepted.
The successful candidate will specifically handle:
- plot sales development
- advising clients on all aspects of residential development
- advising on and acting in complex residential transactions including lease extensions, acquisitions of units, variation of restrictive covenant
The successful applicant will have a hard-working manner and enthusiastic attitude, as well as excellent technical skills.
