Locum Senior Practice Management Officer – West Midlands – Remote Working – 3 months initially – £15-25 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are thrilled to be recruiting for a Locum Senior Practice Management Officer to join an excellent Local Authority in the Midlands. This assignment will be for an initial period of three months with the scope to possibly being ongoing thereafter. The client is preferably seeking a candidate on a full time basis, however part time will also be considered dependant on experience.
The client is seeking a proactive candidate with excellent planning, communication and analysis skills. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in auditing compliance in a professional services environment, however those with transferable skills lacking the direct experience will also be considered.
Duties may include:
To implement change initiatives and reflect these changes within the quality management system including updating and controlling quality manuals and developing compliance methods
Holding regular audit meetings to oversee current processes and initiatives
To take a lead role on and be responsible for the successful implementation of change, improvement, facilitation of transformation and other management initiatives
To be accountable to the Head of Practice Management for overseeing and organizing the annual assessment of Quality/Practice Management accreditations, including but not limited to ISO9001 Quality Assurance and Lexcel Practice Management Standards, formal written reporting of the outcome and leading on follow up actions that are required
To assist with the wider team as required
An attractive hourly rate of between £15-25 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience.
