M&E Manager

Venn Group are recruiting for an experienced M&E Manager to work within a leading engineering company on a project in Barking, London. This is a key role in assisting the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end M&E delivery across rail assets.

• Coordinate with civil, structural, and systems teams.

• Supervise contractors to meet quality, safety, and programme targets.

• Ensure compliance with rail standards and health & safety regulations.

• Liaise with stakeholders and report project progress.

Successful candidates should have:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Proven M&E experience on rail or infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of rail standards (e.g. Network Rail, LU).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• PTS and Chartered status desirable.
