Maintenance Assistance needed – Coventry– Temporary to Permanent
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for an organisation based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and willing to work between £10 and £12 per hour
The role will involve:
- Assisting the Carpenters, Plumbers and Electricians to carry out day to day maintenance
- Playing a key role in the development, recording and maintenance of Health and Safety procedures and controls;
- Carrying out general building maintenance
- Show and assist contractors around who might be on site surveying or carrying out repairs
- Identifying and notifying the Supervisor of facilities and assets that require renewal
- Carrying out necessary maintenance of the grounds including snow clearing and salting during the winter months
- Showing excellent customer service at all times
