An Excellent large Membership Charity based in London are recruiting a Management Accountant to join their Finance team on a contract basis.
Your duties will include:
- To produce monthly management accounts to agreed timescales
- Provide Senior Management with timely and accurate month end reports relevant to the audience
- To work with budget holders to understand the variances between the budget and actual results each month
- To prepare commentaries on the month end results
- To respond to budget holder requests for information and support as required
- To support annual budget setting and regular reforecasts
- To prepare accruals and other adjustments to ensure the month end results are accurately reflected in the ledger
- Assist in the production of statutory accounts
Candidate profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Experience of budgeting
- Charity experience
- Have good system skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
