An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Events Manager to join our team, driving forward the organisation’s current and future needs through a targeted, efficient, and high-quality marketing service with a strong focus on events.
Job responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery of marketing and communication activities across the Trust
- Prepare clear briefs for designers and design agencies to produce marketing materials
- Assist with various communication projects, including internal/external messaging, website updates, stakeholder visits, and campaign planning
- Update and manage website content using WordPress
- Help organise and coordinate events at academies
- Create and schedule regular social media posts that reflect the Trust’s values
Candidate profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience creating digital content and managing social media platforms
- Experience setting up and coordinating bookings for events
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and students
Role information:
- Salary: £40,000 per annum (paid on an hourly equivalent)
- Contract: Temporary
- Contract length: 2 weeks
- Working hours: 36 hours per week
- Location: Sutton (On site)
