Job Description: A Local Authority in Greater Manchester is looking for a Membership & Communications Manager to cover for maternity leave. This role will last 14 months with the possibility for extension.
Duties:
- Lead on and develop a service for the provision of online e-leaning, CPD and external training events for users working with the Service Team to administer, deliver and evaluate all training initiatives
- Lead on customer relations management, including the creation and dissemination of information advising members on services and business opportunities
- Develop and deliver a Communication Strategy and Plan that will underpin core organisational objectives impacting on stakeholders
- Lead on thedevelopment and delivery ofa membership, engagement, recruitment and retention strategy, coordinating the collection of annual membership fees and quarterly usage and third party service charges
- Lead on the development and delivery of the Marketing and Communication Strategy and Plan that underpins service delivery and improvement objectives set out in the annual Business Plan
The successful applicant will need to have experience in management and creating e-learning content.
Hourly Rate: £24.06
