Neighbourhood Administrator waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following positions available
Position: Neighbourhood Administrator
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £14-15 PAYE including holiday pay
Length: Rolling 4-week Contract
Hours: 35 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
- To undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the Organisation as a whole, whilst maintaining a high level of awareness of relevant policies and procedures and ensuring that are implemented correctly
- To work with the Neighbourhood Lead in identifying key risks within service areas and ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate operational risks
- To maintain standards of performance within the team that will assist to achieve operational and strategic goal
- To manage the day-to-day handling of inbound and outbound mail, including facilitating the allocation of the mail via the Electronic Document Management system, with a view to ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively
- To assist the Neighbourhood Lead to create and manage a system through which the interview rooms and equipment accessible to tenants within the Organisation are used most effectively.
- To assist the Neighbourhood Lead to undertake office management and administrative functions, as well as providing support with project work as and when required.
The successful candidate must have previous experience with Property Pool Plus and be available immediately.
