Network Technician – Middlesbrough

Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for enthusiastic Network Technician’s to join a busy technical support team at a great organisation in Middlesbrough!
Location: Middlesbrough
Rate: £12 – £15 per hour (dependant on PAYE or Umbrella)
Duration: 3 months initially
Start: Immediate
Day to day duties:
- Have an understanding of IT device installs and deployment
- Experience or knowledge of wide area networks
- Have experience of installing & configuring hardware & software
- Troubleshoot basic desktop and physical network connectivity issues
- Have excellent Customer Focus skills
- Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
- Be a fast learner
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Wireless installation
- Replacing Access Points
- Routers and Switches
