Job Title: O365 Support Engineers
Rate: £120 - £130 per day
IR35 Status: Inside
Length: 3 months +
Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in Greater Manchester to recruit multiple O365 Engineers to carry out the following day-to-day duties:
- Answering and supporting users, phone, face to face and via the Service desk ticketing system
- Supporting users with the deployment of Office 365 desktop apps
- Performing remote installation support of Office 365 (via DameWare or MS Teams)
- Performing Onsite support of users and floor walking exercises at all trusts sites
- Trouble shooting and resolving issues documenting the fixes
- Creating knowledge base articles for End user and IT support staff
- Assisting with BAU support handover
- Managing your service desk queue of issues
