Operations Manager Required
Duration: Permanent
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: 37.5hrs (Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm)
Pay Rate: £35,000 Per annual
An opening has arisen for a Operations Manager who can provide all operations support growing from a small 1 person Ops team to a fully mature Operational organisation as the business goes through funding rounds. The role is Operations management across the organisations product range, their partner suppliers with focus on and administration and customer service to our Landlords and Tenants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage interaction of all the operational departments to ensure most cost and time efficient workflow
- Implement new organisations product features into the Operational processes and day to day practice
- Collate feedback from all customers on new features deployed in Market led value testing
- Build Operational procedures and work with the Product Owner to implement these into the organisation
- Provide superior customer service by developing customer-focused teams and leaders at all levels, and managing proactive and reactive metrics to show continuous improvement in service performance to meet/exceed business unit KPI’s
- Manage quality control and measures to achieve target outcomes
- Manage all cost inputs to ensure best value operations performance and work closely with the Marketing and sales team to strategise growth
- Streamlined operations such as process flow mapping, Operational processes, and other continuous improvement functions are conducted as needed to improve performance
- Work with the Product Owner, ensure proper routing to maintain efficient service
- Review operating reports and liaise with Supervisors and Leads as appropriate to direct the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
- Foster and maintain a positive “team” relationship between operations and other departments
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in this position
- Minimum of 2 years Leadership experience in a relevant role within a estate agent environment
- Strong people management skills, experienced in managing various size teams including recruitment, absence management, performance management
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills and experience in managing complex partners and Landlord/plans
