Oracle EBS Technical Analyst
Location: London (3 Days per Week)
Job Type: 6-Month Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Analyst for a 6-month contract. This role will focus on providing functional support for Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and E-Business Tax, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support, rollouts, and enhancements for Oracle EBS Financial Modules, primarily General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Fixed Assets.
- Develop and execute test scripts and test scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
- Offer hands-on support for system design, configuration, and production support.
- Provide training to business users to enhance their understanding of Oracle Financials.
- Participate in Oracle EBS project implementations, rollouts, and ongoing enhancements.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the full life cycle implementation of Oracle Financials, especially General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Fixed Assets.
- Experience in system implementation and production support.
- Strong preference for experience with Oracle EBTax.
- Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and managing interface projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong skills in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Ability to explain technical issues to business users and vice versa.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Familiarity with Accounting Principles is a plus.
