PA & Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Length: 2 months+
Hourly Rate: £14.35 £17.21 an hour via umbrella (dependent on experience)
Venn Group are currently working with a public sector organisation in South Wales, who are seeking a PA and an Administrator to provide temporary support for a minimum of 2 months.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours, with on-site attendance required.
Day to Day Duties:
- To provide administrative support within the team, maintaining a high professional standard
- Use of all Microsoft packages and learning the internal system, to record and manage data
- General diary management, setting up meetings for senior staff and sending out reminders
The successful candidate will have demonstrable administrative or PA experience, and be able to provide meeting/diary support.
