Patient Experience Coordinator
Venn Group are currently working with a busy NHS organisation in the South East of England who are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join the team immediately.
Contract Length: 3 months
Daily Rate: £100 - £110
The Patient Experience Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Responding to compliments, complaints and concerns
- Analysis of data in order to produce Clinical Governance reports for Senior Management
- Assisting in projects across the team including Risk, Patient Experience, Audit and Incidents
- Being flexible in the help provided across these different areas
- Reporting into the Director of Nursing team on a regular basis
- Ability to use the Datix system
It is essential that Patient Experience Coordinator must have the following skills and experience:
- NHS background
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of PALs, Complaints and Governance within an NHS environment
