Job Title: Payroll, Systems & Reporting Co-ordinator

Salary: £39.000 per annum

Location: Hybrid – Manchester

Job Role: Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association in the North West to recruit a Payroll, Systems & Reporting Co-ordinator. This vacancy will be running on a temporary to permanent basis

Job Role:

• Responsible for end to end payroll processing – including starters, leavers and changes, adjustments (overtime), SSP, SMP, SPP, and attachment of Earnings
• Ensuring pension scheme deductions and processing of pension contributions are made in line with scheme requirements, including starters, leavers and adjustments
• Responsible for system housekeeping and maintenance, to be the lead co-ordinator for the HRIT system and associated systems
• Responsible for data and reporting within the people and culture directorate, leading on production of KPI data and information
• Creating and saving bespoke data reports to meet regular organisations need such as monthly reports for People Business Partners covering HR indicators and activities in their areas
• Responsible for HRIT system audit and for researching and developing best practice to ensure best practice in our use of HRIT

The successful candidate must have worked in a similar role previously and have experience using IRIS Cascade HR
