Planning and Contracts Locum
Venn Group is recruiting for a dynamic Local Authority in London, for a Planning and Contracts Locum
This is a three-month role (with potential to extend) to start as soon as possible. You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister and have experience handling both planning and contracts law in a local authority setting.
Day to day duties will include:
- Advising on public procurement rules
- Contract drafting and report clearing
- Drafting s.106 Agreements
- Case managing
- Planning Inquiries
- Drafting Highways Agreements
The Council is currently working on an all-remote basis.
