Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join the Legal and Planning team in a Local Authority in Yorkshire for a minimum period of 3 months with the strong possibility of being extended.
The successful candidate will have previous Planning and Highways related legal experience and will be dealing with:
Advising on Highway and Planning committees
Drafting and advising on s106, s38 and s278 agreements
Providing General Planning and Highways advice to include planning enforcement appeals
Hourly rate: £40 - £45 umbrella per hour DOE
The ideal candidate for this job will be a Planning and Highways Solicitor with experience working within Local Authorities.
