Venn Group has been approached by an established Housing Contractor within the Widnes area to recruit for a Plumber on a temporary to permanent basis.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties will include:
- Carrying out 1st& 2nd fix plumbing on wet room adaptations
- Full installations of Bathrooms
- Work on Tenanted and void Properties
- Fitting sinks and showers
- Carry out repair work to ceiling, floor joists, starirs, partition walls and T&G Flooring
- Basic tiling and Painting
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2
- x2 References
- CSCS Card
- Social Housing Experience
- Full UK Driving licence
