Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

We are working with a reputable law firm within Essex seeking a capable and confident Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior or newly qualified solicitor.

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus available

Duration: Full time - Permanent 

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or experienced Legal Executive
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Private Client matters (including as a trainee)
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision

Core Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of Private Client matters including:
• Wills and Probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyships
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Client meetings and file management
