Job Title: Administrator
Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for an Administratorwithin a well-established NHS trust in Leeds. The post holder must have strong communication and engagement skills and comfortable with communicating with senior staff and external bodies. This role is once a week on site.
The successful candidate will have experience providing a high quality of administrative support for line managers.
Your duties will include:
- Co-ordinating virtual teaching programmes for Junior Doctors and Dentists
- Running virtual learning system, communicating and supporting regional teaching programmes to trainees, and running attendance and evaluation data
- Monitoring busy inboxes and arranging meetings
- Issuing teams invitations and collating responses
- Supporting with all other general administration duties
- Previous NHS experience
