Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Programme Support Officer for an NHS organisation based in Birmingham.
This job role will be WFH 5 days a week.
This role is an initial 6 week contract, working 37.5 hours a week paying £13.18 per hour inclusive of holiday pay PAYE or £14.37 via umbrella.
Duties:
- Supporting the Programme Team’s business function, including helping develop business plans, budget and performance monitoring, risk management and governance processes via PM3
- Collating and managing a range of datasets. In particular, post trackers and organisation charts to ensure the establishment of the Programme Team remains up to date and within budget
- Leading the HR function on behalf of Programme Team, overseeing recruitment processes, induction programmes and co-ordinating training and development
- Liaising with appropriate corporate functions (i.e. IT, Finance, HR to ensure the Programme Team is compliant with policies and has the support required
- Being a point of contact and advice for a range of internal colleagues and senior managers
- Supporting financial processes by raising Purchase Orders and providing financial coding to the Programme Team
- Arranging meetings for the Programme Team and supporting the planning of conferences and events
