Role Overview
We are seeking a Programme/Project Support Officer to provide strong administrative and governance support across a portfolio of strategic projects. This is not a senior or policy-setting role, but it does require someone experienced in programme governance, reporting, and monitoring. The role focuses on ensuring project information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed governance frameworks to support effective oversight and decision-making.

- Programme and project governance support
- Reporting and monitoring of strategic projects
- Maintaining project documentation, registers, and trackers
- Coordinating reporting cycles, updates, and assurance activities
- Supporting project and programme leads with high-quality administrative input
Ideal Background
- Experience in a Project Support / Programme Support / PMO-type role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Hands-on experience supporting the reporting and monitoring of projects or programmes
- Comfortable working with governance frameworks, templates, and controls (without owning them)
