Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in the search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer.  This is a full-time position where you will be providing advice on all commercial property matters.

Duties may include:

• Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
• Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work

This post is full time, (37 hours per week) on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Outside IR35.
