Commercial Property Lawyer – South East – Competitive Salary– Hybrid Working
Position: Commercial Property Lawyer
Organisation: South East based Local Authority
Duration: 3-month ongoing contract
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working
Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella (DOE)
Venn Group’s legal team are working with a South East based local authority to assist with their search for a Property Lawyer on a locum basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will be either an experienced Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx who has a proven track record of advising in relation to property matters and who is confident in handling a mixed caseload.
Local Government experience is preferable but not essential for this role provided there is significant relevant Commercial Property experience.
Duties shall include:
1- Supporting the Council and providing expert advice on all commercial property matters such as development projects, landlord and tenant issues, leases, licenses, right of way, wayleaves and lease extensions.
2- Working to tight deadlines in to meet team objectives
3- Build relationships with stakeholders
