Property Leasing Manager Vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group would like to introduce the following position of Property Leasing Manager for a charity in the South Yorkshire
Position: Property Leasing Manager
Location: Hybrid working/ South Yorkshire
Rate: £28.00 p/hour (Umbrella rate)
Length: 3 months
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week – no weekend working
The role will predominantly involve:
- Managing a diverse range of leasehold tenure types throughout South Yorkshire
- Dealing with any shared ownership issues that may a rise
- Attending site visits, creating inspection reports
- Meeting potential tenants to provide property viewings, answering any queries and signing up tenants on a short hold tenancy basis
- Completing the tenancy sign up process from start to finish
- Liaising with the voids team regarding any issues when a void property becoming available including clearing the property and any repairs or maintenance that is required
- Liaising with contractors on a daily basis with such issues as general repairs, window cleaning and gardening tenders
- Attending meetings with contractors, took specifications and carried out follow up visits
- Managing budgets, repairs, common areas and arranging monthly meetings with tenants to discuss any planned maintenance or issues
- Carried out Health & safety assessments, fire risk assessments, emergency lighting and electrical inspections on a regular basis making sure they adhered to present legalisation
