Property Litigation Locum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to support one of our highly regarded clients in East Yorkshire. This is a 3-month assignment with a strong likelihood of extension whilst they recruit permanently.

The successful candidate will ideally be available to start at the beginning of October. Office attendance is preferred; however, hybrid or remote working may be considered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, boundary disputes, easements and dilapidation claims
• Handling own files with minimal supervision, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently
• IT literate
• Providing a high standard of professional service and client care throughout

• Hourly rate: Dependent on experience (DOE)
