Job Title:             Public Liaison Officer

Venn Group are currently working with a contractor in Sheffield who are looking for a Public Liaison Officer

Project & duties will include:

• Interacting with members of the public around temporary work sites in Sheffield City Centre and help them with enquiries
• Assist members of the public who may be confused with the works and/or need help with directions
• Providing polite and relevant customer service
• Taking note of any damage to fences or tarmac within these temporary works
• Working outdoors

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Enthusiastic and friendly
• Confident to speak to members of the public
• Knowledge of Sheffield City Centre
