Receptionist

Hourly Rate: £10.65 an hour PAYE (inc. holiday pay)
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in Cardiff, who are seeking a Receptionist to provide temporary support for a minimum of 2 months.
This is a part-time and flexible role, and fully on-site.
You will be responsible for providing reception support to the Major Trauma Unit including but not limited to:
Day to Day Duties:
- Act as first point of contact for patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming service
- Deal with patients, relatives and healthcare professionals over the telephone and face to face
- Register patients, book/cancel appointments, and update record systems
The successful candidate will have demonstrable administrative or reception experience, and have excellent communication skills.
