Multiple Interim Recruitment Administrators required (COVID vaccination projects)
Location: Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset, Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire
Contract duration: 3 months initially
Hours: 37.5 hours

Our client, a healthcare provider in the South West of England urgently requires multiple Recruitment Administrators to assist them with their recruitment efforts for urgent COVID related roles.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- To process NHS safer recruitment checks and onboard new staff via NHS Employee Staff Record (ESR) system
- This will include following up entitlement to work checks, referencing, occupational health declarations, DBS checks, training requirements and arranging inductions
- Providing a wide range of recruitment and administrative support to the covid response team to enable them to recruit and on-board staff as quickly as possible
- Going through large amounts of applications and contacting candidates to take them through the onboarding process
- Creating, inputting and maintaining employee data accurately
- Liaising with candidates regarding their applications to roles
- Support recruitment and induction tasks including posting job adverts, setting up interviews, shortlisting candidates, promotion processes and onboarding staff
- Supporting the Recruitment Lead and Line Manager with a wide range of recruitment related issues and queries
Essential Requirements:
- Experience using ESR (Electronic Staffing Records)
- Strong administration experience
- Advanced MS Office skills including excel
Desirable requirements:
- HR or recruitment experience
