Salary: €44,000 per annum

Hours: Full time

Venn Group are currently working with a childcare organisation based in Dublin who are seeking a Recruitment Lead on a permanent basis. The role will be 5 days on site initially with hybrid working available following probation.

Main duties of the job:

• Supporting the recruitment process for childcare staff through direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and company culture
• Ensuring timely recruitment to maintain staffing levels 
• Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
• Preparing and issuing offer letters to successful candidates
• Collecting and organising all necessary documentation for new hires
• Assisting with new staff onboarding, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a busy recruitment role, managing the full cycle recruitment for various positions
