A prestigious Support provider in South Gloucestershire requires a Hub Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The post holder will be coordinating and developing the hubs model across South Gloucestershire to ensure guests experience seamless access to support.

Location: South Gloucestershire

Contract duration: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend/evening cover)

Salary: £26,300

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Provide co-ordination and direction in the management of the Hubs
• Oversee the preparation and development of the annual program calendars and ensure effective implementation
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hubs, respond and advise on crises and safeguarding issues
• Ensure efficient resource management
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups and partners
• Oversee the management of the key stakeholders to ensure facilitators, speakers, moderators, mentors and volunteers are effectively utilised
• Lead on guest feedback and ensure responsive and creative services are delivered
• Prepare and deliver regular management information and presentations for SGC, the Southwest Strategic Migration Partnership and others to promote the work locally, regionally and nationally
• Oversee the development and implementation of additional hubs
• Follow up on additional funding opportunities to enhance service delivery at the Hubs

Essential criteria include:

• Previous work with refugees or other vulnerable people/families
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals and families with diverse, specific, cultural and complex needs
• Driving licence with access to own car
