Relationship Manager
Venn Group London Area, United Kingdom (On-site)Role Overview:
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within Private Banking, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client relationships. This role requires proactive engagement, revenue growth, and coordination across internal teams to meet client needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling day-to-day inquiries and ensuring seamless banking services. Be available to assist clients outside standard working hours when necessary.
Portfolio Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by increasing assets under management (AUM) and attracting new inflows. Leverage brand presence, internal networks, and channels to achieve business objectives.
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Ensure all client due diligence and account opening processes comply with regulatory and internal standards.
Client Reviews & Reporting:
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, attend client meetings, and prepare detailed call reports to maintain transparency and track progress.
Proactive Engagement:
- Maintain close contact with clients, anticipate their needs, and identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
Property Assistance:
- Support clients with property searches (primarily in Central London), arrange viewings, and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate credit applications within agreed timelines.
Product Development & Structuring:
- Promote existing products and collaborate on developing tailored solutions for private clients.
Internal Communication:
- Keep senior management informed of significant developments within the Private Banking portfolio and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Essential Skills
- Private Banking or Wealth Management experience with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including credit facilities, deposits, and investment solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and KYC/AML requirements.
- Experience in sales and business development, with ability to grow AUM and attract new clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, including flexibility to respond outside normal working hours.
- Exposure to real estate advisory or property-related services is an advantage.
