**New Opportunity – Rents and Service Charge Accountant**
Venn Group are working with a Housing Association based in Kent, who are looking to recruit a Rents and Service Charge Accountant to start as soon as possible.
The successful Rents and Service Charge Accountant will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who are looking to build out their Rents and Service Charge team.
Title: Rents and Service Charge Accountant
Location: Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 6 -12 months Contract ( potentially to go permanent )
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Rent accounting processes
- Process rent transactions and charges
- Process rent payments
- Review service charges and calculate changes
- Assist with preparation of service charge budgets
- Support the Accounts Payable team with all transactional tasks
- Support with Accounts Receivable tasks where necessary
*Experience working within the Social Housing industry (essential)*
Systems / Qualifications:
- Civica CX / Advanced Financials (desirable)
