Repairs Administrator

A position has arisen for a Maintenance Administrator within a Housing Association based in Leeds. This is a key role on 3 month temporary ongoing basis
The successful candidate must have experience in Administration or Customer Service
Your duties will include:
- 1st point of contact for tenants calling in regarding repairs to be completed
- Speaking to both tenants and in house staff
- Liaising with contractors / trades staff
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Picking up any other work where needed
The successful candidate must have:
- Competent in Using Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of repairs work
- Experience in customer service or admin
