Temporary Repairs Advisor Role

A position has arisen for a Repairs Advisor a leading Contractor based in Leeds. This is a key role on 3 month temporary basis. It is paying between £10.00 - £11.00 per hour
The successful candidate must have experience in Administration or Customer Service
Your duties will include:
- 1st point of contact for tenants calling in regarding repairs to be completed
- Speaking to both tenants and in house staff
- Liaising with contractors
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Picking up any other work where needed
The successful candidate must have:
- Competent in Using Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of repairs work
- Experience in customer service or admin
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
