Temporary Repairs Customer Service Advisor Role

A position has arisen for a Repairs Customer Service Advisor within a leading Contractor based in West Yorkshire. This is a key role on 3 month ongoing temporary basis. It is paying between £10 and £12 per hour
The successful candidate must have experience in Customer Service
Your duties will include:
- First point of contact for tenants over the phone for a variety of repair / general enquiries
- Responsible for diagnosing repairs over the phone and booking in with operatives
- Taking calls regarding repairs to properties, liaising with contractors and booking in repairs
- Take ownership of each call from initial contact through to completion
- Dealing with complaints
- Updating customer records onto the system
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Dealing with high volume of calls
- Knowledge within repairs is preferable
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
