Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Repairs Officer to work on a social housing contract in Northwest London. This exciting opportunity is looking for candidates who have previous experience within social housing.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Raising work orders using in house systems

• Authorising invoices of materials, contractors etc
• Carry out pre-work and post-work inspections
• Order fire risk assessments and making sure all gas safety checks are carried out
• Provide overview of safety risk works
• Carry out face to face tenant meetings

The successful candidate will have:

• Have experience with social housing
• (own transport desirable)
