Equipment Service Coordinator Role Available
If you are passionate about customer service and are highly organised, this role could be the one for you.
Reporting in to the Capital Equipment Service Manager, this role would is key to organising the engineering team and processing incoming orders/quotations from customers.
Based in the LS11 area, this role is fully on site from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. With 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
Duties include:
- Answering client queries by phone and email
- Help to assist our engineering team with jobs and enquiries
- Meeting customers breakdown requirements & KPI’s
- Processing customers’ orders
- Working with our warehouse team to coordinate client orders and despatch
- Providing admin assistance on other projects as and when required
- Providing product advice to customers
- Informing customers of price, shipping dates and handling any related issues
- Processing Telephone orders
- Answering inbound calls
- Chasing up quotes with customers
- Working with Sage 1000 software and our website platforms
- Sending quotations to customers and filing quotes and orders
- Other duties as required from time to time
- Assist with monthly and annual stock takes
Required experience:
- Have a minimum 1 year working within a customer service type role
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Be able to motivate the team around you
- Well organised and able to work accurately with a good attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Sage 1000
