Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run a Salesforce implementation. The contractor will lead the project from business perspective, managing the scope, budget, holding the implementation partner to account, implementation of the Salesforce system, oversee training and ensuring adoption into BAU.

You will assist with the high-level design, as well as the iterative and agile build/testing/ data integration with other systems/Apps and deployment.

This Asset Manager require an integrated, global CRM system. This will be a significant project with which must include;

Global easy-to-use system: To introduce a global, firm-wide system to manage client data and sales and distribution team activities. A system that joins distribution teams together (across geography and channels) and functions for all. Simplify and empower sales team, do not over-engineer

Management MI and Pipeline: Allows for more strategic client distribution strategy as well as more automated pipeline management, which includes visual representation of data for ease in decision making - with regular reporting

Data capture: Create a data repository that is timely and accurate, i.e. AUM for each client and across vehicles and channels, through pulling financial information from other in-house systems / databases.

Automate our materials and reporting with ease. Delivery for client reports (currently done in MARS today) would migrate to the new CRM system. 

Campaign management tool: New fund launches, private market fund raising as well as marketing campaigns to be ‘pushed’ through the CRM system

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years experience of implementing and managing large scale Salesforce projects
• Strong stakeholder experience, including technology and cyber security teams as well as traditional CRM stakeholders (Business Development, Client Service, Marketing)
• Strong vendor management experience, capable
• Experience of transition to BAU and successful project adoption
• Salesforce Financial Cloud
• Financial Services experience
• Pardot
• Data migration expertise
