Senior Family Solicitor (Hybrid)
Leading firm in Lincolnshire seeks experienced and personable Senior Family Solicitor.
This leading law have seen extensive growth and development over recent years. The family department benefits from long standing relationships and has receives regular instruction on high value matters, as a result you will be assured of a tailored and stimulating caseload to suit your needs.
The position would see you autonomously managing a privately funded family caseload with the assistance of paralegal and secretarial support. Typical matters would include divorces, civil partnerships, finances and private children matters.
While managing this energising caseload the role would also include managerial duties in relation to trainees, junior fee earners and the support staff. As such, there would be the scope to grow and develop the team around you.
To reflect the seniority of the role, the firm are offering a highly competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum. The firm are also offering remote working flexibility, 30 days annual leave and a myriad of other supplementary benefits which make up a very competitive overall package.
Applications will be considered from Solicitors or Legal Executives with all levels of qualification provided that you have experience handling a diverse family caseload and feel comfortable managing juniors.
